Please provide the minimum requirement for defect/maintenance requests. - Unit number and address -3 Photos from different angles of area - Detailed description including specific dates, weather, and changes noticed - Contact name and number for entry and inspection Where a building has surpassed its 12 month defect liability period, One Sector has a minimum call out fee locally of $200 + GST and outer areas beyond Gold Coast $500 + GST. If any issues fall under structural warranty obligations the fee will be promptly refunded and rectification completed asap within the NCC. Any further costs will be quoted on inspection.
